We know that assertiveness which refers to a confident and self-assured behaviour is something that helps the person or a student to communicate their feelings, opinions and beliefs clearly and honestly most of the time. We see that that is the quality that isn’t something that comes naturally to all children at all. We see that they need to be taught this skill as well. We know that a child needs to learn to be assertive in such a way that they can stand up for themselves as well as become more resilient to what others say as well. We know that teaching youngsters to be assertive helps to build their self-esteem as well as confidence, as well as their ability to form lasting relationships at the same time. They can therefore make use of the school lms for such a thing as well. We are aware that an assertive child expresses him/herself directly, but it is in no way offensive at all On the other hand, aggressiveness as we know is rude and off-putting and not at all what their child should be aiming for. We know that assertive kids understand that they will need to respect the feelings of those around them as well. We know that they are also usually able to handle criticism in a constructive manner as well as are open to discussing any disagreements that pop up at the same time. In this manner, they can encourage their child to take part in games that they enjoy as they’ll be at an advantage if they know a lot about a specific topic as well. We see that they will also feel more confident stating their opinions on topics or activities they are familiar with as well. In this way, they can teach them to make eye contact as well it is one confident trait is to make good eye contact as well as listen to what the other person has to say at the same time without interrupting them. We know that they are coaching junior to join activities with confidence and they can go ahead to train their child to join activities with other children as well with assurance.  They can teach their child how to meet a group of people. Often, we see that children (and even adults) join a group of strangers with limited eye contact as well as tend to keep conversation to the minimum as well. They must therefore consider how much more relaxed as well as comfortable people would be if their child enters a random group more engagingly as well. What if they could teach their child to approach a new group this way from a young age?

Parents can arrange group play dates to teach their children the art of engaging with a group of peers. Or you could suggest the idea to your child’s teacher to see if they’d be interested in such types of group activities at school. The School learning management system therefore can be put to great use in such a case. We know that role-playing activities can also be fun. The person can act out different scenarios with their child in which they would need to be assertive. We see that there are certain traits that they can teach their child including the such as a confident posture for a child to be able to feel more confident, we know that their posture is a good place to start. We know that a positive posture is an upright body with a relaxed facial expression and they must teach them to listen before speaking as well. They can also go ahead and speak their mind. We know that two skills are handy when they are teaching youngsters to speak their minds as well. First, we see that a child needs to learn how to say yes or no politely as well. In this way, they can also use relaxation techniques to teach their child to be more assertive as well as highlight a few simple self-calming techniques to junior to help them deal with any strong negative feelings as well.
