The first thing I want to share with you is that there is no such thing as a “bad” vacation. I’ve been on a variety of trips throughout the years with no bad experiences but I’ve always loved my time away from the computer. One of the best parts of traveling is being able to focus on something other than work.
The fact is, we live in a society that has made vacations a thing of the past. We don’t see them as vacations anymore. We are more often than not traveling for work, to vacation, or to just go to the beach, to the mountains, to the beach.
Sure, I know lots of people who would say that, but I think they are wrong. The fact is, getting away from the computer for just a few days, playing with your kids, or seeing a new city that wasnt on the map, can be a great time to stop and recharge.
